MD Tracy Welch explained, “As one of the first independent recruitment consultancies in Hampshire to have successfully become fully employee-owned, we’re very proud of what we’ve achieved in this past year.

Our employee-owned status means we can offer new members of staff the exciting potential of becoming a co-owner of the business after just 12 months service.
We also celebrated our 25th anniversary in the past year, as well as moving to a larger new premises in Basing View to accommodate our growing team.
